All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. Urban King is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Urban King is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
