Thank you for shopping at Urban King. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer reliable shipping options across the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on the carrier and your location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Urban King is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Urban King is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Urban King is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
